Prophet Muhammad's Banner and Its Box

This box holds a very precious relic.

Inside it is the black banner used by Prophet Muhammad during wars. A banner is a kind of flag. In old times, it helped people know where their leader was.

The Ottoman sultans kept sacred relics like this with great care in Topkapı Palace. They protected them as signs of faith, honor, and respect.
